A CRM shaped around how you actually sell

Every enquiry, quote and follow-up in one place. Built for your process instead of forcing your team into someone else's.

Ask on WhatsApp

What's included

Everything in this service

Most businesses run sales on WhatsApp, a diary and somebody's memory. That works until a lead goes cold because nobody knew whose turn it was to call. A CRM fixes it, but only if it matches how you already work.

Lead capture

Enquiries from your website, WhatsApp, calls and walk-ins land in one list, with the source recorded.

Pipeline stages

Your real stages: new, quoted, sampling, in production, delivered. Not a generic template.

Assignment & ownership

Every lead has one named owner, so nothing sits waiting for someone else to pick it up.

Follow-up reminders

Automatic nudges when a quote has gone quiet, on WhatsApp or email.

Quotations

Generate a branded quote from the lead record, send it, and track whether it was opened.

Customer history

Past orders, artwork files and preferences on one screen, so a repeat customer never re-explains.

Reports

Where leads come from, how many convert, what each salesperson is carrying, and what is stuck.

Roles & access

Sales sees their own pipeline, managers see everything, and nobody walks out with your customer list.

How it runs

What happens, and when

  1. 1

    Map your process

We sit with your team and write down how a lead actually travels today, including the messy parts.

    Week 1

  2. 2

    Prototype

A clickable version of the screens, so you react to something real before anything is built.

    Week 2

  3. 3

    Build & migrate

The system is built and your existing customer data is imported and cleaned.

    Week 3–6

  4. 4

    Train & hand over

Your team is trained on their own data, with support through the first live weeks.

    Ongoing

Custom software is quoted after we understand your process, never before. A fixed price given without that conversation is a guess, and guesses get corrected mid-project. The mapping session is where the real scope becomes clear.

Questions

About custom crm

The things clients ask before the first job.

Why not just use a ready-made CRM?
Sometimes you should, and we will say so if that is the honest answer for you. Off-the-shelf wins when your process is standard. Custom wins when you keep paying for features you never touch while the one thing you actually need is missing.
Who owns the system and the data?
You do, both. The code and the database are yours, handed over in full. You are never locked into us to keep using what you paid for.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. Field sales is the main reason most clients want one, so it is built phone-first rather than as an afterthought.
How long does it take?
A Starter build is typically three to four weeks. A bespoke system depends on scope, which is exactly what the mapping session establishes before you commit.
What about our existing customer data?
We import it, from Excel, from another CRM, or from whatever you have. Cleaning duplicates is part of the job.
